Innovating Clean Energy

Today’s news sources are filled with various stories of “crisis” (i.e. financial, health care, terrorist attacks, immigration, armed conflict and energy and our environment). Our country’s strength has always been to meet problems head on, through ingenuity and use of natural resources.

We at Renuva Energy see two major problems which need to be addressed immediately: 1) meeting our energy needs while creating a cleaner, safer, and more stable environment that future generations can similarly appreciate and utilize and 2) our continued reliance on foreign energy suppliers.

A future of sustainable energy requires solutions to both problems. Accordingly, Renuva Energy's focus is on technology that can create this sustainable future using proprietary technologies that are environmentally sound, economically viable, and able to create direct change today

Renuva Energy’s proprietary and patented technologies are solutions that both businesses and investors can support.  Aside from helping an ailing industry while making an immediate impact on our environment, at the core of Renuva Energy's plan is the economic reality for a return on investment for our investor partners in a reasonable time.

We all agree that today’s energy technologies must improve environmental impact. Renuva Energys proprietary technologies do exactly that, addressing both a quick solution to our energy supply that addresses the environmental and economic challenges.

Renuva Energy’s Plan:

With a clear goal of bridging our nation’s energy and environmental conflicts, Renuva Energy’s team has analyzed a wide range of resources including solar, water, wind, nuclear, oil, natural gas and coal.

These resources play important roles for a sustainable energy future, however, to make the strongest contribution, Renuva Energy observed the following:

  • Many new companies are entering the wind and solar industry, most with government support.

  • Domestic natural gas production has increased but prices are expected to remain volatile and are presently very low. This may cause a short-term shift to natural gas as a preferred energy source, but we believe such low prices cannot sustain the necessary continued drilling programs to make this fuel source the long-term solution, resulting in either current reserve depletion or higher natural gas prices in the near future.

  • High capital costs and potential life-threatening leakage limit nuclear power to large energy companies with government support, but the risk and and capital cost make nuclear energy a possible source for catastrophe or inefficiency.

  • Energy efficiency is required as populations continue to grow and demand for economical and clean energy rises.

  • Efficiency is required as populations and demand for clean economical energy continue to grow. Coal accounts for almost half of the U.S. electricity generation, and nearly 100% of electricity generation in many other countries. Renuva Energy's solution will help alleviate continued environmental pressure within the existing energy framework of the world.

  • Crude oil is our nations primary transportation feedstock. However, even with increased domestic drilling, the U.S. imports more crude oil than during the energy crisis of the 1970s.

The final two points on coal and crude oil reveal the greatest opportunity for Renuva Energy by reducing—or eliminating—the public’s perception concerning the use of our world’s most abundant resource, coal. Renuva Energy has the potential of putting our nation and many other nations in control of their own future in energy.

Renuva Energy is transforming our nation’s abundant coal resources into a clean burning char which coal-fired power plants can burn with significantly reduced toxic emissions, and less wear and tear on coal-fired equipment all while producing up to 2.5 barrels of crude oil per one ton of coal processed through Renuva Energy’s proprietary technology. Renuva Energy’s retort system will produce a clean burning char for use in coal-fired power plants while producing vast supplies of crude oil and other petroleum products sufficient to reduce our nation’s dependence on foreign suppliers, simultaneously improving the environmental performance of coal significantly.

Learning from a process whereby materials were heated in the absence of oxygen, Renuva Energy has reimagined this idea and patented a process that utilizes a proprietary design to heat and process coal into a clean burning char. This process is believed to be economically viable, environmentally conscious, and a solution to foreign oil dependency.

Renuva Energy currently utilizes two patents in its current retort design and a third patent has been written but not yet applied for. The third patent will soon be reviewed by our legal counsel and then submitted to the U.S. Patent Office.

Renuva Energy’s management team has invested approximately $1,000,000 to build a smaller commercial retort to test the viability of the patented process. Wyoming Analytical Laboratories (WAL) tested the original results of the pilot retort's char and crude oil and the positive results are contained within our business plan. Both management and WAL personnel believe that the soon-to-be-completed small commercial unit will prove to eliminate significantly more toxins from the resulting char and produce greater amounts of crude oil. This assumption is based on the longer processing time of the coal which will increase the release of the toxins into a greater amount of crude oil.

We are confident that with the help of our investor partners we will reach our goal of increasing our nations domestic oil production while producing a clean burning char for use in coal-fired power plants to economically and sustainably supply our current power needs. Accordingly, our nation’s most plentiful natural resource—coal—will become a newly welcomed and valuable asset through Coal Tech Inc.’s innovation and enterprise.

Together we can invest in the sustainable future of cleaner energy—for today’s children, not only the generations of tomorrow.

Best regards,
